My name is Anna Meyer. On June 28, 2014, I married my best friend, Doug Meyer (Dr. Wile E. Coyote, as I call him sometimes here). A few days after our wedding, we headed from Minnesota to Kentucky, where we will be living for the next few years. Dr. Wile E. is a med school student at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine (KYCOM), and I have done a lot of things here, including music lessons and writing for the local paper. I am currently not working because of my unpredictable health, but I get to stay at home and look after my baby girl, Lydia (born Sept 1, 2016)!
Something interesting about me that I blog a lot about is MS. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2004, but it will NEVER define me. God defines me! He has truly done some remarkable things in my life. I have gone from completely type-A, needed everything in my control, to being completely (or, as much as I can) type-God, completely depending on him. I am not ashamed of the gospel, which saved me and keeps me from Satan’s grasp! I have been washed by the water and I will sing God’s praises forever! I am not perfect, but God sees Christ’s holy and perfect righteousness when he looks at me. What more do I need, Father, other than you?

Hey, Anna! This is the first time I’ve been to your site. I”m trying to get my “new life” organized and that includes staying tuned to “Anna World”.
Have a great week!
Hi Anna, thanks for the “Like” on my post “Hope for the Suicidal”. Be encouraged to keep growing in the Lord and to your focus on Christ and the things of His Kingdom as you navigate through the world of college. May the Lord bless, protect and strengthen you, and grant you His favor in all your endeavors. Thanks for sharing your faith and yourself with the world through your blog. Blessings!….Kim
Oh sorry! I forgot to say thanks for the follow too!……Blessings again!……..Kim
No problem! In the dark times, Jesus is the light! Blessings to you, as well!
You have such zeal for the Lord! It’s so wonderful to see and read about!
Thank you for sharing, and God bless you.
Type-A to Type-God is an awesome way to explain a journey! MS has been part of my life for 27 years, but God has been the reason for my life longer than that. Looking forward to following your blog.
Anna – “just met you in the inspirational Writers group over on FB” and came to your blog.
It is wonderful.
I have lived for 32 years with chronic vertigo / constant dizziness which falls under the category of vestibular dysfunction. One truly learns fast just WHO is in control and where any strength we have to cling to Jesus comes from – surely deepens our walk with the Lord. Surely the BEST good to be an outcome of being diagnosed.
I am on a volunteer team of devotional writers for Rest Ministries – an online Christian support group for those living with any chronic illness or challenge – many living with more than one chronic illness. One of our writes lives with MS. Bless you and I know your writing and your life is going to minister to many.
I’ll leave the Rest Ministries link over on the FB page under your posting there! 🙂
Dear Anna and Doug,

Wishing you a productive April doing or enjoying whatever that satisfies you the most, whether aesthetically, physically, intellectually or spiritually!
Happy Easter to both of you soon!
